Smoked French Dips
I founded Dantnation back in 2011 to give the people what they want... an insight into the "Dip's" (that's me) culinary mind. Cooking is my passion, and there is nothing more fulfilling for me than seeing that "Damn... thank god I came over to the Dipmeister's house today" look on my friends and families face. After a few years break from the blog, and many requests for #TheReturn (shoutout to my man D-Rose), I'm getting back in the game. All of my meals are tested and approved by my bad ass wife Katie and the boy... Max the Puppy (our incredibly perfect child).
